Quick answer: Businesses buy bulk pop up cards for client holidays, employee milestones and product launches. Expect volume pricing from 50-100 units, per-unit costs of $2-$8 depending on complexity, and custom logo printing on most designs.
Pop up cards sit at the sweet spot between greeting card and gift: light enough to mail, impressive enough to display. This guide walks you through bulk pop up cards, so you can pick with confidence.
Generic corporate cards get recycled in the elevator. Pop up cards get pinned to the recipient's wall - which is exactly why businesses keep reordering them.
What Businesses Use Them For
- Holiday greetings to clients (the annual retention play)
- Employee birthdays, work anniversaries and welcome kits
- Product launches and event invitations: invitation cards
- Thank-you follow-ups after big deals: business gift pop up cards
Before You Order
- Confirm minimums and volume price breaks in writing
- Ask for a physical sample of your printed logo before the full run
- Check fold-flat packaging if the cards ship to recipients directly
- Order 10-15% extra - last-minute recipients always appear
- Wholesale and branding inquiries
ROI in One Sentence
A $4 pop up card that stays on a client's desk for six months outperforms a $50 gift basket that's gone in a week.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will a pop up card fit in a standard envelope?
Most come with a matching custom envelope sized to the folded card, so mailing is as easy as a regular card. Oversized designs may need extra postage - see our guide on how to mail a pop up card for specifics.
How long does a pop up card last?
Decades, if kept dry and out of direct sunlight. The paper used in quality pop up cards is the same acid-free stock as fine art prints, which is why so many become keepsakes.
