Concept

24–48 hours

You share your idea, theme, logo, colors, and quantity. Our team discusses the details with you and creates the initial 3D structure concept with a digital preview. We revise until you are 100% satisfied.

Modeling

24–48 hours

Our engineers build a precise 3D digital model of the pop-up mechanism. We design the exact cutting template and test the folding and 90° stand-up stability to ensure smooth opening and perfect standing.

Proofing

12–24 hours

You choose premium materials and finishes such as foil stamping, embossing, or spot UV. We prepare a digital color proof and material samples for your review and final confirmation.

Sampling

48 hours

After your approval, we produce a real physical sample with the final materials and mechanism. The sample fully pops up and stands at 90°. We send clear photos and videos for your confirmation.

Production

3–7 days

We start precision laser cutting and printing. Our skilled workers then carefully hand-assemble each 3D structure, apply premium finishes, and check quality at every stage for consistent results.

Quality & Packing

24–48 hours

Every card goes through strict final inspection for mechanism function, print quality, and stand-up stability. Approved cards are carefully packed and prepared for secure worldwide shipping with tracking.
